BT again!!

My apologises to customers who been trying to call but getting the engaged tone.BT in their infinite wisdom firstly disabled the call waiting facility-so I know someone else is calling-then since Friday afternoon disconnected the phone line completely,in order to work on the line.Apparently no-one works weekends.All this so I can have two phone lines.I really give up!Please use my mobile number 07901 944688.
