Thank you all very much indeed for going the extra mile with my car. It really is hugely appreciated and exemplifies why I love bringing my car to you.

As ever, despite the extensive disassembly and rebuild, as I have come to expect from Rardley, the car is running as well as I can ever remember and absolutely faultlessly. I can honestly say that Rardley are the only garage I completely trust with my car.

What was such a pleasure this time was how unexpectedly beautiful the car looked when I came to pick it up. It had clearly received a great deal of love with regard to its cosmetic appearance and general cleanliness in the bits which I never get round to dealing with (wheel arches, suspension arms, inside vents and so on), and to take the time to give it a full polish.

I have complete confidence that you will always put quality of the work first, even at the expense of inconveniencing yoursleves e.g. blocking a ramp for a few days whilst a fairly minor part is awaited.  This is what makes your garage special and thank you very very much - your entire approach makes owning the car a complete joy.
