1972 246 GT-It's a tough job...

One of the benefits of this job is that obviously-or maybe not-we drive the cars!So after a hard days graft ,it was off to London by van,train and underground-why do the trains stop at all those stations you don't want?-a one mile walk and arrive half an hour late!But on turning the key all is forgotten.What a sound.I freely admit to driving home with the passenger window wound down just to be able to hear that stunning sound.Even after 24 years it still sounds fantastic.Pressing on-and this is a testament to the quality of Kevin O'Rourke's restoration work back in 1991-it drives every bit as well as it sounds,and judging by the envious looks of other drivers,it has plainly aged rather well.Brilliant!
